PURE ECOLOGICAL DETERGENTS FORM NETHERLANDS THINKING ENVIRONMENT FIRST


Seepje produces liquid detergents, all-purpose cleaners and dishwashing detergents from natural shells grown in India and Nepal. Seepje only uses the best environmental friendly ingredients and together we pay a fair price for these ingredients. 


Our mission? A cleaner and brighter world!  It all started in March 2013, when Melvin and Jasper saw on television how the Nepalese produced natural soap from fruit shells. These Sapindus mukorossi fruit shells contain saponine, which is a natural form of soap that is released when the shells come in contact with water. Melvin and Jasper then established contact with Hari, a Nepalese farmer, and decided to scrape together their student loans to import a first batch of shells to the Netherlands. Their goal was to make people happy with a wonderful natural product and, at the same time, improve working and living conditions in Nepal!


Currently, there are eleven different Seepje products available in over 1400 stores in the Netherlands and Belgium. To us, this is really important! The more people using Seepje, the greater the impact we have on the working, living and natural environment. Let nature do your laundry and your cleaning!

CLEANER AND BRIGHTER



Seepje promotes nature conservation, as the Sapindus trees are preserved through our trade in the shells. By paying the farmers in India and Nepal a fair price, we actively promote equality and provide them with a liveable income. 


In the Netherlands, our natural ingredients ensure a significantly lower impact on sewage systems! In collaboration with a work facility for disabled people, we offer ‘our champs’ a key role in our production process. Let’s make washing and cleaning fun for all, are you in?




HIMALAYAN SUPERCELLS



Hey you! Seepje only uses natural ingredients and together with you we pay a fair price for these ingredients. We use the shells of the Sapindus mukorossi fruit, which grow in abundance in India and Nepal. When water is added, these shells will release a natural form of soap, which gently cleanses your laundry and acts as a natural fabric softener. We also produce an extract from these shells, which forms the base product for our liquid detergents, all-purpose cleaners and dishwashing detergents…
